Booking charge labels can change after the District Attorney files a formal case. The charge grid is useful for the first custody picture, but the court record is the better source for amended counts, dismissals, convictions, future hearings, and warrants.

Ozaukee County Jail vs DOC
Ozaukee County inmate records split by custody system. The county jail roster is for local jail custody. DOC's own general information says city and county jails are administered separately, so a person missing from DOC may still be in a county jail. The reverse is also true. Ozaukee County Booking Process
Ozaukee County does not publish a detailed public intake script, but the roster fields show the custody process. After arrest or court commitment, jail staff identify the person, create the booking record, inventory property, collect fingerprints and booking photos, assess immediate health or safety needs, and classify the person for housing. Ozaukee County Jail Visitation
Ozaukee County Jail visitation uses IC Solutions scheduling rules. Social visits must be scheduled at least 16 hours in advance and up to two weeks ahead. Face-to-face visits are 30 minutes. Off-site video visits are 30 minutes and cost $7.50. Each inmate may have two face-to-face visits per week and two off-site video visits per week. All visits are recorded and monitored, and rule violations may end a visit or suspend privileges. Device requirements should be checked at scheduling time because county and IC Solutions pages described platform support differently.
Ozaukee County Jail Mail and Funds
Official pages reviewed did not publish a short mail-format page outside the inmate handbook. Use the jail mailing address and include the inmate's full legal name and booking or SPN number if known, but verify rules before sending books, photos, packages, or money. The Jail Commissary Fund budget material says the commissary fund lets inmates have personal accounts to buy food and goods from the jail commissary. The Huber packet says reporting inmates may bring extra money for commissary, phone, or tablet, but an online money-deposit vendor and fee table were not located on county pages.
The sheriff app is a tip tool, not an inmate roster app. Ozaukee County identifies "OZSO Tips" through tip411/CitizenObserver for anonymous tips. Tips can also be texted by sending keyword OZSO and the message to 847411, or submitted through the web form linked from county pages. Emergency matters still go to 911. No app-only roster, warrant list, or inmate search feature was found, so the public inmate roster remains the ProPhoenix jail locator.
