The Sheriff's Open Records Unit accepts completed request forms by email attachment, in person during business hours, by mail to the P.O. Box above, Attn: Open Records Unit, or by fax to 262-284-8490, Attn: Open Records Request. Fees over $5 may require prepayment. The county says the Sheriff's Office may take up to 10 days to respond, and digital media may take at least 14 days to reproduce.
